Artwork Process 1

Artwork 1

Open a new file, create a new layer (8’’ x 10’’) with white background. 
Create a new action, go to Window – Action – New action – Record

Then create a new layer, go to Filter – Render – Cloud.

Then apply Filter – Pixelate – Mosaic, change the size to maximum – 200 squares. 

Go to Filter – Sketch – Reticulation, change Density to 0, Foreground level to 50, Background level to 0. Then press Stop recording.
Copy the layer 5-6 times. 
Merge all the layer together except background. 

Then go to Filter – Sketch – Photocopy, change Detail to maximum – 24, Darkness to 10. 
Invert layer color by pressing Ctrl I.  

Go to Adjustment – Hue/Saturation, click on Colorize, change Hue to 210 and Saturation to 100. 
Copy the layer, then paste it into 16’’x20’’ document size. 
Press Ctrl T, enlarge the size.

Create a new layer, draw a gear wheel and apply gradient to it. 
Create a new layer, go to Filter – Artistic – Film Grain, change Grain to 4, Highlight area to 0, Intensity to 10. 
Create a new layer, go to Filter – Artistic – Watercolor, change Brush Detail to 5, Shadow Intensity to 0, Texture to 3. 
Double click the layer – Layer Style – Outer Glow, change Blend Mode to Screen, Color to CMYK 60, 0, 26, 0, Size to 29px, Contour to Cone. Inner Glow, change Size to 46px. Bevel and Emboss, change Highlight Mode to white color, Shadow Mode to 62, 0, 13, 0.

Create a new layer, draw a circle inside the gear by using Elliptical Marquee Tool. 
Create a new layer, go to Filter – Render – Lens Flare. 
Create a new layer, go to Filter – Stylize – Wind, change Direction to the Right. 
Create a new layer, go to Filter – Stylize – Wind, change Direction to the Left. 
Create a new layer, go to Filter – Distort – Twirl. Change the Angle as you like.


Insert the Cultural Element, duplicate the layer, go to Filter – Artistic - Plastic wrap, change Highlight Strength to 8, Detail to 1, Smoothness to 15.

Duplicate the layer, go to Filter – Artistic- Poster edges, change Edge Thickness to 10, Edge Intensity to 0, Posterization to 6. 


Duplicate the layer, go to Filter- Artistic – Watercolor, change Brush detail to 5, Texture 3.


Insert All Cultural Element by using the same technique which applied in above and placed them randomly on the right hand side. 

Type the text with white. 
Then, duplicate the text with black, move the text slightly turn right and placed below the original text. 
Double click the original text – Layer Style – Inner Glow. Bevel and Emboss, change Depth to 1000, Angle to 30, Highlight Mode to Normal and white color, Shadow Mode to Normal and white color. Satin, change the color to CMYK 52, 16, 17, 0.   
 Double click the duplicate text – Layer Style – Drop Shadow, change Distance to 3, Size to 10. Bevel and Emboss, change Depth to 1000. Satin, change Blend Mode to Color Burn. Color Overlay, change the color to CMYK 56, 17, 16, 0. 
Type out all the text and applied same layer style to each of them.
