Artwork Process 2

Insert a wall background which found it on Internet. Use brush to make it darker. 
Insert an ocean background which finds it on Internet. Use brush to make it darker. 
Apply some light effect and raining background, change Blend Mode to soft light to make it not so obvious. 




Type the new Text separately. 
Set the Foreground color to CMYK 69, 48, 47, 17 (dark blue), and the Background color to CMYK 41, 19, 25, 0 (light blue). 
Create a new layer below the text and name it as Texture Effect. 
Press the Ctrl key, and click on the text thumbnail/icon, the text will be selected as above showing. 
Then, go to Filter – Render – Clouds. 
After that move the Texture Effect layer on top of the text.

Go to Filter – Artistic – Watercolor. Change the Brush Detail to 5, Shadow Intensity to 0 and the Texture to maximum value - 3. 
Go to Filter – Artistic – Paint Daubs. Change the Brush size to 6, Sharpness to 5 and Brush Type to Sparkle. 


Double click the text layer – Layer Style – Bevel and Emboss. Change the Style to Outer Bevel, Size to 11, Gloss Contour to Ring, Highlight color to CMYK 54, 0, 28, 0, Shadow color to CMYK 46, 38, 38, 2.
Double click the text effect layer – Layer Style – Bevel and Emboss. Change the Style to Inner bevel, Depth 500, Size 13, Highlight color to CMYK 0, Shadow color to CMYK 57, 48, 48, 15.
  
Now draw a small circle by using Elliptical Marquee Tool to make a screw. 
Create a new layer – Layer Style – Bevel and Emboss, change Depth to 704, Size to 10, Angle to -90. 


Create a new layer, draw the snail by using pen and paint bucket. 
Double click the layer- Layer Style – Drop shadow, change Distance to 151px, Size to 20px. 
Again, go to Outer glow, change blend mode to screen.
Create a new layer, draw the missing path by using pen and fill with paint bucket. 
Copy the layer style on Step 11, and paste it here.   


Create a new layer, go to Filter – Artistic - Watercolor, change Brush Detail to 5, Shadow Intensity to 0, Texture to 3. 


Create a new layer, draw another eye placed over the sea. 
Go to Filter and apply Watercolor. 


Create a new layer, draw shell by using pencil, hard brush and paint bucket. 


Found the Cultural Element on Internet, and cut them into shape. 
Duplicate the layer, go to Filter – Artistic - Plastic wrap, change Highlight Strength to 8, Detail to 1, Smoothness to 15. 
Duplicate the layer, go to Filter – Artistic- Poster edges, change Edge Thickness to 10, Edge Intensity to 0, Posterization to 6. 
Duplicate the layer, go to Filter- Artistic – Watercolor, change Brush detail to 5, Texture 3. 
Applied the same process to All of the Cultural Element.
