Open a new file and paint the background to black. 

Create a new layer, add in cloud randomly by using brush.  

Insert sand background which found on Internet by using free transform. 

Then, create a new layer by using brush to make it darker on the top. 

After that, create clipping mask to set the effect only apply for sand.  

Go to Adjustment – Black & White, change Red to 28, Yellows to 200.

 After that, create clipping mask to set the effect only apply for sand.  

Insert mountain background which found from Internet. 

Go to Adjustment – Black & White, change Red to 40, Yellows to 143.  

After that, create clipping mask to set the effect only apply for mountain. 

Create a new layer, go to Brush tools – Soft brush, change Master Diameter to 2500px, Hardness to 0. 

Apply some light on the sky.

  

Again, create a new layer, draw a circle to represent moon. 

Double the layer – Layer Style - Outer glow, change Blend Mode to screen, Opacity to 12%. 

Then go to Gradient, change Foreground to Black, Background to CMYK 49, 40, 41, 4. 

Create a new layer, apply brush to paint the rain effect on the Background.

Create a new layer, draw a broken glass by using pen. 

Duplicate the layer – Free transform. 

Double click the layer – Layer Style - Gradient color, CMYK 12, 100, 100, 3 & 49, 83, 74, 74.  

Insert other broken glasses inside the picture and placed randomly. 

Go to Adjustment – Black & White. 

Insert the glass, and adjust the color.

 Insert the Cultural Element, duplicate the layer, go to Filter – Artistic - Plastic wrap, change Highlight Strength to 8, Detail to 1, Smoothness to 15. 

Duplicate the layer, go to Filter – Artistic- Poster edges, change Edge Thickness to 10, Edge Intensity to 0, Posterization to 6. 

Duplicate the layer, go to Filter- Artistic – Watercolor, change Brush detail to 5, Texture 3. 

Placed cultural element inside the glass randomly in order to create messy feel.

Create the text. Double click the layer – Layer Style – Outer Glow, change Blend Mode to Vivid Light, White, Size to 16. Inner Glow, change Blend Mode to Vivid Light, White, Size to 30. Satin, change Blend Mode to Overlay, White. Gradient Overlay, change Blend Mode to Overlay, Reflected style, Scale to 85. 

Duplicate the text layer. Go to Layer Style – Bevel and Emboss, change Technique to Chisel Hard, Size to 20, Gloss Contour to Ring, Highlight Mode to Overlay, CMYK 8, 0, 44, 0, Shadow Mode to Multiply, 36, 29, 100, 3.
